The forecast models overnight and this morning have begun digging the cold front a little further South on Saturday.  That will increase the chance of showers for Saturday in the basin with highs only in the 50's.

The rain showers will clear out Saturday night but not before snow levels dip to 8000 ft. Saturday evening.  We could wake up to a dusting of white on the peaks, especially on the Western side of the lake.

An even colder but slightly drier System moves in Wednesday with the chance of snow showers for the mountains.

After that it looks like we could go into a nice warm spell for October, more in line with the thinking for this Fall.  BA
