Summary
Tuesday brings a brief cooling to the warm and stormy conditions that have been affecting Scandinavia in the past few days. On Wednesday a new storm hits the SW Norwegian coast with rising freezing levels. Thursday looks like a good day to ski due to the cool, sunny, and relatively calm weather in most of Scandinavia. On Friday new storms roll in.
