Update

Friday

We should see just light snowfall during the day as the track of the storm is too far south and east to bring us significant snow. As the wind shifts to blow from the east (backside of the mountain), it could become gusty, especially later on Friday and Friday night.

Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Expect beautiful weather with lots of sunshine and temperatures in the 20s.

Powder returns later next week

The forecast is holding and we should see chances for some flakes increase later on Tuesday, with light snow possible Wednesday and Thursday.

Then a strong storm should hit around Friday, January 18th, so look for a possible powder day next Friday with powder potentially lingering into Saturday the 19th.

There is also a chance that a second storm could hit over the holiday weekend, around Monday the 21st, but I am less confident about this system, so we’ll need to wait and see if we can get one, two, or even three powder days for the holiday weekend.

Thanks for reading and check back each morning for daily updates!
