Steamboat Daily Snow

Sun for now, then storms all week
Summary
Saturday will be the final dry day for a while as four storms will bring snow during the next seven days.
Update
Friday was partly sunny and warm with a high temperature in the 30s and 40s, and Saturday will be similar.
Coming up, sunny and warm will not be the main words in the forecast as we will head into a stormy period with four storms moving through Colorado during the next seven days.
Storm #1 will bring snow from Sunday afternoon through Monday mid-morning. I think 5-10 inches is a reasonable forecast and the best chance to ride powder will be on Monday morning.
Storm #2 will bring snow from Tuesday midday to Wednesday midday. I have low confidence in the snow forecast and for now, I'll put in a placeholder of 2-6 inches. There are some scenarios where we could get more than 6 inches, but there are also many scenarios where our snowfall will be limited to just a couple of inches. Hopefully, we can figure out these details in the next few days.
Storm #3 will bring snow and very cold air on Friday. The very cold air contains less moisture, so snow totals will likely be low-ish.
Storm #4 will bring snow around January 22-23. This storm is too far out to get into any specifics, and the main takeaway is that it appears the storm train will keep chugging along into late January.
