Summary

- Monday we may just see clouds and winds increase as the next storm stays just to our NW. We could see ridgetop winds to 70+ mph, likely affecting some upper mountain lift operations. The best chance for any showers before Monday night is well NW of the lake near Donner Summit. - We will see 3 waves moving into Northern CA Monday night through Thursday. We could see several inches of snow on the mountains each day, that could add up to 1 - 2.5 feet of snow on the mountains by Friday morning. Snow levels could fluctuate between 6,000-7,000 feet through Tuesday night with rain & snow for lake level, before falling below lake level Wednesday. We will see strong mountain top winds with this storm to 70+ mph, likely affecting some upper mountain lift operations through Wednesday. - We should see a break Friday - Sunday, with sunny partly sunny skies and highs in the 40's to near 50 at lake level by Sunday. - A few weak systems are possible early next week. Additional systems are possible later next week into the weekend of the 6th.
