Could We Finally Snap the Dry Streak?

Summary

The dry pattern continues through Sunday. A shift in the pattern Monday - Tuesday will allow a weak system and colder air into the Sierra. Maybe some measurable snow on the mountains. Then we could go back to a drier pattern. The last week of the month the pattern could shift towards a stormier pattern as we get later in the month and into March.
