Over Analyzing the Weekend...

Summary

Winds will pick up on the mountains today with gusts near 50 mph into Saturday. No precipitation is expected until later Saturday afternoon. We should see snow fall into Saturday night with several inches for all elevations. With several waves we should see snow showers continue into Sunday, Sunday Night, and into Monday morning. That will make for some fun traveling through the mountains. There is only a short break on Tuesday with milder weather before another cold front may blast in with chance for scattered snow showers Wednesday into Thursday. Another break next weekend, but the week of the 5th may feature more cold air and the return of accumulating snowfall.
