Dry Start to December, and Stats on Slow Starts...

Summary

Sunny and cool weather the rest of this week. High temperatures in the 40's on the mountains to near 50 at lake level Thursday and Friday, and lows in the 20's. Saturday will be the same weather. Then Sunday a cold front moves through with a chance for snow flurries. That will drop high temps into the 30's on the mountains Sunday through Tuesday and lows in the teens. Next week high pressure builds in over the West with quiet weather continuing. The temperatures will start the week with highs in the 30's and lows in the teens. Then the highs will warm into the 40's for the 2nd half of the week, and lows in the 20's. The quiet weather and seasonal temperatures may continue through mid-December. We will keep watching for a pattern change back to stormy beyond mid-month.
