Springtime in the Rockies
Summary
We'll see dry weather through the middle of the week, with more clouds on Friday and Saturday, and then snow starting on Saturday night.
Update
Monday
Monday was gorgeous with sunny skies and warm temperatures that topped out in the low 30s.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will all be partly sunny and warm with a high temperature in the 30s to low 40s. There is a chance that we'll see a few afternoon showers on any day. Enjoy springtime in the Rockies!
Friday & Saturday
Both Friday and Saturday will be cloudier with a few showers. These clouds and snow showers will be created by moisture that will stream into Colorado ahead of the next storm. The high temperature will continue to be in the 30s.
Snow Returns
From Saturday night to next Wednesday, March 27, I expect cooler temperatures and multiple periods of snow. This will likely be a situation where snow conditions soften and deepen over multiple days rather than one day being the big/deep powder day.
On Thursday, March 28, and Friday, March 29, we will likely transition back to drier and somewhat warmer weather. Then another storm could arrive during the weekend of March 30-31.
My next update will be Wednesday morning.
