Thursday
On Thursday morning, there will be soft snow from the 3 inches that accumulated on Wednesday.
The day should be mostly cloudy with a high temperature in the mid-20s.
Thursday Night
On Thursday night, expect multiple rounds of light-to-moderate snow with a coating to 2 inches of accumulation. The storm energy will be weak, but multiple rounds of snow should produce some accumulation.
Friday
Friday morning could offer fresh and softer turns due to the snow that fell on Thursday night. The weather on Friday should start dry with maybe a few breaks of sunshine, then snow should start again on Friday midday with 1-3 inches of accumulation possible by the last chair. The high temperature on Friday will be around 20°F.
Friday Night
On Friday night, the main part of the storm will move across Colorado and should deliver 2-4 inches of accumulation.
Saturday
Saturday morning should offer powder for the first chair due to the snow that fell on Friday night, and snow showers may continue during the day. Get out early and expect the high temperature to be in the mid-20s.
Sunday
On Sunday, expect dry and sunny weather with a high temperature in the mid-30s.
Sunday Night to Tuesday
The final storm in the series should deliver additional flakes, though most of the snow may stay to the north of Telluride. The high temperature on Monday and Tuesday should be around 20°F.
Longer Range
January 1-4 should be dry, then our next chances for some snow will be around Sunday, January 5, and then in the January 8-10 timeframe.
