Forecast for Wed, Dec 30 – Thu, Dec 31

The next storm will bring heavy snow to the Pacific Northwest on Wednesday and Thursday with the BC Coast Range, Washington & Oregon Cascades, and Northern Idaho being favored for the deepest totals. A storm will also swing across the Upper Midwest on Wednesday and Northeast on Thursday, with the general trend being a transition from snow to rain for many areas.

Forecast for Fri, Jan 1 – Sat, Jan 2

The New Year will kick off with another strong storm arriving in the Northwest, with heavy snow expected across British Columbia, Washington, and Oregon on Friday and Saturday. A warm system in the East will result in a rain event on Friday and early Saturday, with possibly some snow showers developing on the back end of the storm later Saturday.
