Hose In Which Area Codes?

Summary

We are entering an active weekend weather-wise. An atmospheric river will bring rain and high-elevation snow to northern Utah mountains along with quite a bit of wind. How much rain and snow we get is dependent on exactly where the firehose of moisture sets up. Additional chances for snow next week and likely behind as a generally active pattern is developing.
