Utah Daily Snow

Friday Update
Summary
Friday Update: Our storm did exactly what was expected, dropping 5-10" of snowfall thus far in the high elevations. Highest amounts have generally been in Central Utah or on the Wasatch Back, which was favored by the southerly, then southeasterly flow overnight. Today we could see a few additional high elevation snow showers, but for the most part we are done in northern Utah. Southern Utah, however, could still see several more inches of snow today as the low departs eastward. This weekend should be mostly sunny and dry with warmer temps. A trough will work its way into the region on Monday. Snow showers will be likely, but accumulations will probably be modest. Still, late Monday into Tuesday could feature some soft turns. Spring is gaining momentum and we should have plenty of warm days in between weakish storms. There are signs that another storm could affect us the weekend of April 8/9. We'll keep an eye on that. Evan
