Deep Snow Before the Changeover to Rain

Summary

Another round of heavy snow moved through the state yesterday before warming temperatures turned precipitation over to rain. Fortunately, this warm part of the storm won’t last too long, so the damage will not be as bad as the last snow to rain event. There is finally some signs of a significant pattern change toward the end of the month.
