Showery Saturday

Summary

Snow showers will move over the mountains all day on Saturday through Saturday evening with 2-4 inches of accumulation. Our next chance for snow will be Tuesday night through Wednesday.

Update

Friday was dry with partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the upper 20s to mid-30s. Friday night stayed dry as well.

Now, early on Saturday morning, the snow stake cam shows no new snow, but that should change soon.

On Saturday, expect a showery day with times of intense snow and some times of dry weather as well. While we could see snow showers at any time, I'd favor the mid/late afternoon into early evening for the most intense showers. High temperatures will be in the 20s. Saturday won't be a powder day, but 2-5 inches of new snow could create some soft turns (and the soft snow could extend into Sunday morning as well).

On Sunday and Monday, look forward to sunny skies. High temperatures will be in the 20s on Sunday and the 30s on Monday.

Tuesday will likely stay dry, then the next storm should bring some snow from Tuesday night through Wednesday. This storm will move through Colorado in pieces and the forecast is still uncertain. If things don't line up, we could see little or no snow. If all factors align, we could see 2-4+ inches.

Following a dry Thanksgiving day, we might see light snow showers from November 26-28. Then there will be a chance for a stronger storm around Friday, December 3, plus or minus a day or two.

Thanks for reading and please check back each morning for daily updates!
