Monday was a beautiful day with sunny skies, light winds, and warm temperatures that topped out in the 30s to low 40s.

Now on Tuesday morning, skies are clear as the next storm won't arrive until the afternoon.

On Tuesday, expect increasing clouds and faster wind speeds into the afternoon, a few afternoon snow showers, and then periods of steadier or even intense snow between Tuesday sunset and Wednesday sunrise. Total snowfall on Tuesday night should be in the 2-4 inch range, with some chance for slightly lower and higher totals.

Due to Tuesday night's snow, we should see a refresh across the mountain with somewhat softer conditions on Wednesday morning. Dress warmly in the morning as the temperature will be around 10°F.

Looking ahead, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will be dry with a high temperature in the 20s on Wednesday, in the 30s on Thursday and Friday, and back down in the 20s on Saturday.

Our next chance for snow will be between Sunday, November 17, and Wednesday, November 20. Two storms will track toward Colorado during these four days, but chances are lower that either storm tracks perfectly to produce a lot of snow, and chances are higher that total snowfall could be more moderate, perhaps limited to the 4-8 inch range.
