Snow status update

People's memories are short, especially when it comes to weather. So rather than guess at how the west's snowpack is doing compared to average (and the previous years), let's see where we are compared to normal using actual data. Looks about "average" for the northern rockies and Washington State, above average in Arizona and New Mexico, and below average elsewhere.

Next week should change this map for the better...
