Wednesday starts the Warming Trend

Update

At 8am Wednesday morning no new snow has fallen overnight with mostly cloudy skies over Lone Mountain and a temperature of 17 degrees in the village. For today expect the clouds to hang around through most of the day with a stray flurry possible this morning and a high temperature of 27 degrees at 8000’. Light to moderate West winds of 10-15mph with gusts up to 25mph will be felt on the ridge tops.

Thursday will offer a mix of mostly clouds in the morning before the sun breaks through in the afternoon with daytime high temps approaching 30 (at 8000’). Friday is looking to be a full on sunny day with high temps at 8000’ creeping above the freezing mark (mid-30’s) in the afternoon. The sun looks to stick around on Saturday with increasing clouds by later in the day. Saturday night and Sunday snow showers may bring a few inches to our neck of SW Montana.
