Dry pattern continues for Southern BC through Friday

Summary

Southern BC (majority of ski areas) will continue to experience dry conditions and mostly sunny skies through Friday. A weak system will bring snow to the Northern Coast Range/Shames Mountain area on Wednesday night, while a stronger system will then bring heavy snow to this region from Thursday afternoon through Thursday night. Snow will return to Southern BC on Friday night and Saturday, but only light amounts are expected. A stronger storm will then bring more widespread snow to Southern BC on Sunday and Monday, with Monday morning looking like the most likely time to ski fresh powder.
