Chase Powder Daily Snow

By Powderchaser Steve, Forecaster Posted 7 years ago January 29, 2018
Boring week ahead with a chance of some good pow in the Northwest midweek and light to moderate snow for the Tetons.
Summary
Your going to have to dodge the rain in the Cascades today with a foot of more snow likely Tuesday-Wednesday. The Rockies and Sierra = boring forecast this entire week with the exception of the Tetons that will get a glimpse of light snow Tuesday PM through Thursday. That might add up to 5-10 inches over 2-3 days. The Tetons just scored up to 20 inches over performing my original forecast of 8-14 inches (2-3 day totals). Yesterday saw a complete reset of the snow from previous day (Winds and another 9 inches since 2PM prior) as I sampled the goods at Grand Targhee.
