Summary

Moisture is just advancing into the Sierra Range as it bumps against a strong ridge keeping totals on the low side. Southerly winds are not favorable for the Sierra. Storm 2 teases the Sierra on Wednesday. A stronger cold front with moisture advances into the PNW late this week spreading south over the Sierra and 4 corners. Northern Montana and Idaho may also score!
