Sierra Storm Update-Decent Storm Possible For The West January 7-8

Summary

The California storm will be underway Friday night with moderate snow totals along the crest. A fast-moving system midweek brings additional light or moderate snow to the Sierra pushing some energy north into the PNW. A larger storm is possible with cold air around January 5-6 for PNW, Sierra, and Rockies.
