Summary

The models are shifting slightly south for peak precipitation later this week, bringing high odds of double digits for Utah (previously off my list). Similar or slightly higher totals are likely for Idaho and Wyoming later this week. The Pacific Northwest gets crushed mid- to late week with warmish temperatures and strong winds.
