Low pressure focused on Montana Wednesday/Thursday will split. One phase stalls over the Four Corners by Friday and taps moisture while the other, colder phase stays north. The colder air will focus on the Divide Friday afternoon in Colorado, and eventually push west of the Divide by Saturday, albeit weakening.
