Windy on Thursday, then snow Thursday night through Saturday morning

Summary

Thursday will be very warm with winds gusting over 50mph. Then snow showers will start in the afternoon, and more intense snow should arrive on Thursday evening. The northern mountains, north-central mountains, and north side of the southern mountains will be favored with snow from Thursday night through Saturday morning and total amounts should be in the 6-12 inch range. You’ll find powder to ski on Friday morning, additional snow through the day, and perhaps the softest conditions on Saturday morning. The next storms will then bring snow on Tuesday, April 17th, and again on Friday and Saturday, April 20-21st.
