Three days of powder - Friday in the South, Saturday and Sunday elsewhere

Summary

Thursday will be a transition day with more clouds and a few showers. Friday will deliver significant snow to the southern mountains, and then from Friday night to Sunday midday, most other mountains will see a lot of snow. Total accumulations should be 8-16 inches across the state, with the chance for two feet at a few spots. Then there will be another storm during the second half of next week.
