Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Update

Sunday morning offered 5 inches of powder from Saturday night, and skies remained cloudy with light snow throughout the day and 2 additional inches of accumulation.

On Sunday night, we saw 4 inches of accumulation, with some snow continuing now as I write this at 700am. This means that you’ll enjoy new untracked snow on Monday morning on top of the soft snow from Sunday. It’ll be fun. Enjoy it!

Monday and Monday night could bring additional light snow and light accumulations.

Tuesday should be dry.

Tuesday night through Thursday could bring more snow. Right now, forecast models show just light accumulations, but like the previous 36 hours from Saturday night through Monday morning, we might see more snow than is in the forecast. I’ll keep you posted if I see a positive trend.

Friday should be dry.

Looking ahead to the holiday weekend, there will be two times of possible snow. The first storm could bring snow from Friday night through Saturday. And a second storm could bring snow from Sunday through Monday or Tuesday. I have very low confidence in the details of either of these systems with forecasts ranging from nearly no snow to 10-15+ inches. We’ll see how this shakes out. Let’s hope for the best (snow)!

Thanks for reading and check back each morning for daily updates!
