Springtime is here (but winter will return)

Summary

We will see sunny and warm weather through Monday, then two storms will bring snow to Colorado.

Update

Wednesday was sunny and moderately warm with daytime highs in the 20s to low 30s.

Now on Thursday morning, skies are once again starting off clear and we'll see warm temperatures with highs in the 30s.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday will also be sunny and temperatures will be very warm each day with on-mountain highs in the 30s on Friday and in the 40s on the other days. It'll feel like full-on springtime, with soft/slushy snow during the afternoon, some crunch to the snow in the morning, and likely perfect conditions during the late morning.

Our next chance for snow will be from Monday night through Wednesday morning. It's still a little early to talk about specifics, though I think single-digit snowfall totals are likely with the best chance for some powder being on Tuesday and/or Wednesday morning.

After that, there will likely be another storm around April 1-3, and we'll need to wait at least another three-to-five days before working out the details of this system.

Thanks for reading and please check back each morning for daily updates!
