Spring conditions through Monday

Summary

It'll be warm and sunny through Monday, then we'll see at least a day or two of snow next week.

Update

Thursday was a gorgeous day with temperatures in the 30s to low 40s under sunny skies.

The forecast for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday is for more of the same with mostly sunny skies and very warm temperatures that will top out in the 40s. Expect classic spring conditions with perhaps some crunchy snow in the morning, just the right softness of snow during the late morning, and some slushy snow in the afternoon.

Our next chance for weather will be a storm that should bring snow between Monday night and Wednesday morning. This storm may be somewhat disheveled as it moves through Colorado, similar to last week's storm, so I am keeping my expectations low for maybe just 3-7 inches of snow. For timing, Tuesday could be snowy all day with better turns during the afternoon, and with some snow perhaps lingering on Tuesday night, Wednesday morning might offer the best snow quality.

Later next week, there is a chance for another round of snow, but there's too much variability in the forecast for me to even speculate about the details. We'll figure it out eventually.

Thanks for reading and please check back each morning for daily updates!
