Bit of snow Thursday night?

Summary

Cold temperatures will continue through Friday with a few flakes possible as well.

Update

Wednesday was a chilly day with temperatures in the single digits and teens. Clouds and flurries hung around for most of the day.

Now on Thursday, the day will be mixed with some sun, more clouds, and continued chilly high temperatures in the teens.

On Thursday night into Friday morning, we will be on the edge of a storm that will track over northeastern Colorado, and the result is that we could see anything from a few flakes to an inch or two of snow, with the best chance for snow on Friday early-to-mid morning. Other than the potential snow, Friday will be chilly with highs in the teens.

During the weekend of November 19-20, expect sunny weather and warmer temperatures with highs in the 20s.

During early next week on November 21-22, expect continued sunny weather and warmer temperatures with highs in the 30s.

Next Wednesday and Thursday, November 23-24, is when the next storm will move close to Colorado. We should see cooler temperatures with highs in the 20s and a chance for snow, but chances for snow are low and it looks like any snowfall will be light.

Then Friday, November 25 through Sunday, November 27 should be dry and warm.

And the following week from Monday, November 28 to Friday, December 2 is when we might finally have a chance for at least a decent storm to make its way inland from the Pacific Ocean. We could use another significant storm (or two) to open a lot more terrain though we might have a wait until late this month or early December for that to happen.
