Thursday turned out to be a mostly sunny day, and now on Friday morning, skies are clear and temperatures are colder at the base and warmer at the summit.

Friday and Saturday will both be dry and sunny days with a high in the upper 20s to low 30s.

Then on Saturday night, a fast-moving storm will bring snow between about Saturday at sunset and Sunday at sunrise. The combination of the storm's fast movement and decent moisture should deliver 1-3 inches of accumulation. This new snow will be fresh and ready to enjoy on Sunday morning. There is a chance that we'll get more snow due to the amount of moisture in the air, but I think the storm's fast movement will be the limiting factor.

Sunday and Monday will bring a return to dry weather with high temperatures in the 20s.

Then a storm from Monday night through Tuesday will deliver snow and the latest forecast models indicate a slightly more favorable track for deeper snow totals. The initial snow forecast is for 4-8 inches, but this range could be decreased if the storm tracks farther south or increased if the storm tracks farther north. Based on the storm's timing, there should be fresh snow to enjoy on Tuesday morning with more snow falling throughout the day.

Following the Tuesday storm, we should see dry weather on Wednesday, then there will be a chance for another storm later in the week, likely around the December 2-3 timeframe.
