Friday

Friday will be mostly sunny and chilly. The temperature at the first chair will be -10° to 0°F and the high temperature will be around 15°F.

Saturday

Saturday should be a powder day. 

On Friday night, the next storm will bring snow, and there could be 2-4 inches by the 5 am snow report.

On Saturday morning, moderate to intense snow should continue with another 2-4+ inches by late morning or midday.

This means that there will be more snow for the first chair compared to what is reported at 5 am.

By Saturday afternoon, the snowfall should slow down, though we could see another 1-3 inches during the second half of the day.

Dress warmly on Saturday as the high temperature will be around 10°F.

Sunday

Sunday will bring a mix of snow showers, clouds, and maybe a bit of sunshine. Any additional snow accumulation should be light. The high temperature will again be around 10°F.

Monday

Monday will be partly sunny with a high temperature around 10°F.

Tuesday

Tuesday will be sunny and warmer with a high temperature around 15°F.

Wednesday

Wednesday will be sunny and warmer with a high temperature around 20°F.

Thursday

Thursday will be sunny and warmer with a high temperature around 25°F.

Longer Range

Sometime between Friday, January 17, and Monday, January 20, a storm could bring more snow to Colorado. We will be on the edge of the storm track, and a slight deviation in the storm's track (from January 17-20) will mean the difference between little/no snow and potentially significant snow.
