Sunday
There will be about 2 inches of fresh snow on Sunday morning thanks to lingering moisture and storm energy which produced the flakes on Saturday night. The image below shows the snow that fell on Saturday during the day (3 inches) and on Saturday night (2 inches).
Other than the new snow, Sunday will be dry with a high temperature in the teens to low 20s.
Monday
Monday will be dry with a high temperature in the low 20s.
Tuesday & Wednesday
On Tuesday and Wednesday, a storm should bring times of snow, but the forecast is still uncertain. I am not expecting a lot of powder, but there could at least be softer conditions, and perhaps there will be more snow than I expect. Tuesday's high will be around 20°F and Wednesday should be colder with a high of around 10°F.
Thursday
Thursday will be dry with a high of around 15-20°F.
Friday & Saturday
On Friday and Saturday, a storm with a lot of moisture will bring snow to Colorado. The deepest snow totals should be in the southern and central mountains, but there should still be significant snow here in the northern mountains. There could be snow falling all day on Friday, with more snow on Friday night, and deeper, untouched snow by Saturday morning. The caveat is that temperatures will be warmer and the snow quality could be a little thicker than usual at times.
Longer Range
Sunday and Monday, February 16-17, should be dry.
Then there will likely be additional snow after that with a storm around February 18-19 and maybe another storm around February 21-22.
