Sunday Recap

Sunday was perfectly sunny with a high temperature in the 30s.

Monday (Mar 10)

Monday will also be mostly sunny and continue to be warm, with a high temperature in the 30s.

Tuesday (Mar 11)

Tuesday will be partly cloudy as a storm tracks to the south of Colorado. Temperatures will continue to be warm, with a high in the 30s.

Wednesday (Mar 12)

On Tuesday night into Wednesday, the southern storm will likely continue to make the sky partly cloudy, though it is unlikely there will be any snowflakes. Wednesday will again be warm with a high temperature in the 30s.

Thursday (Mar 13)

On Thursday, skies will again be partly cloudy as the next storm approaches, and temperatures will be in the 30s. Snow showers could begin later in the day or during the evening.

Friday (Mar 14)

There likely will be just a coating to 2 inches of snow for first chair, then it should snow all day on Friday with 3-6 inches of accumulation.

Saturday (Mar 15)

Friday's snowfall could extend into Friday night with a least a few inches of accumulation on Friday night, so Saturday morning's conditions will likely be soft. There could be a break in the snowfall on Saturday morning, and then another round of snow will track across Colorado from Saturday midday through Saturday night.

Sunday (Mar 16)

Sunday morning could be powdery due to the additional 3-6 inches of snow that will likely fall on Saturday afternoon and Saturday night. Otherwise, the weather should be dry and warmer on Sunday.

Next Week

Monday (March 17) could be dry, or snow may resume if the next storm arrives a little earlier.

Tuesday (March 18) and Wednesday (March 19) will likely be snowy with a chance for powder as the fifth storm of the month tracks through the Rockies.

Then, from March 20-25, the forecast is uncertain as some data shows drier weather across the western U.S., and other data shows storms tracking near or just to the north of Colorado.
