Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Update

Wednesday was a spring-like day at Copper with more sun than clouds and temperatures rising into the upper 30s to mid-40s across the mountain. Thursday’s weather should be similar as we’ll see times of sun, clouds, gusty winds (especially at the summit), and highs in the upper 30s to mid-40s.

Friday will likely be a few degrees warmer than Thursday, and then a weak storm should bring a few flakes on Friday night. This storm will track too far to the north and east to bring significant snow, but it should drop a coating to 2 inches on the mountain, perfectly timed so that you’ll have a bit of fresh snow to ski on Saturday morning.

A similar storm may bring a few inches on Sunday into Sunday night, and then early next week looks like it will be dry and sunny with great visibility and classic spring skiing conditions. Our next chance for snow should occur during the middle or end of next week.
