Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Heads up, there may be fresher snow! Read the latest Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Update

A dusting of snow fell throughout the day on Monday and on Monday night, and temperatures stayed cold (10-15F) during this period, which has allowed crews to make snow 24/7. Good news!

Tuesday will be sunny (morning clouds should break) and temperatures should rise to the low 20s.

On Wednesday and Thursday, a weak storm from the north will clip northern Colorado, and this should bring a few flakes to Copper. The best chance for accumulating snow will be on Thursday and Thursday evening, so you might be able to snag turns through a bit of fresh pow on Friday morning.

After that, it appears that we'll move into a dry and warmer weather pattern for the weekend and most of next week with daytime temperatures in the 30s and nights in the teens (still good for snowmaking).

I will be watching closely for any sign of our next storm and for an adjustment to our current dry weather pattern, which may happen sometime between December 15-20th. Stay tuned!
