Slight chance of snow Wednesday, big storms coming Thursday

Summary

There's a slight chance of snow at Sun Valley and Schweitzer Mountain on Wednesday, and then a cold front comes through tonight, bringing substantial snowfall to both resorts on Wednesday night and Thursday. Schweitzer is forecast to receive 6-12 inches by Thursday. Sun Valley is forecast to receive 5-10 inches of snow above 7,000 feet late Wednesday and Thursday. Silver Mountain and Brundage Mountain also will receive nice powder dumps that will be waiting for skiers/riders when they reopen this weekend.
