Heavy snow coming to Idaho on Thursday

Summary

Partly sunny skies are forecast on the Idaho ski slopes on Wednesday, and then increasing clouds will gather tonight for a major, multi-day storm event in Northern Idaho and two days of snow storms in Southern Idaho. The forecast is holding for Schweitzer to get over 30 inches of snow, while Silver Mountain is forecast to receive close to 30 inches and Lookout Pass about 20 inches. The forecasts in Southern Idaho are calling for up to 12 inches at Brundage Mountain, 7-8 inches at Tamarack and Bogus Basin, and a couple of inches at Sun Valley.
