Jackson Hole-Targhee Daily Snow

By Alan Smith, Meteorologist Posted 1 year ago July 16, 2024
Uptick in Smoke, Downtick in Thunderstorm Chances
Summary
On Monday we only saw isolated brief showers and weak t-storms with minimal rainfall. Heavier smoke moved into the area overnight due to an uptick in wildfire activity in Oregon and Idaho. We may be dealing with this smoke off-and-on for a while, unfortunately. Isolated storms are possible Tue-Wed but meaningful rain will be tough to come by. We may see a slight uptick in storms on Thursday.
