Heading into a Quiet Pattern

Summary

We will see a few lingering flurries on Monday, then the pattern will dry out as high pressure builds over the Western U.S. Temperatures will stay seasonally cold, however, and inversions are also likely in the valleys. The dry stretch will persist through Friday, then a storm is likely on Saturday with possibly a weaker follow-up round on Sunday.
