The Targhee Surprise

Summary

Today's forecast has turned out to be a mess, as the snowfall band I spoke about in this morning's forecast ended up being weaker and less organized than expected. But we've hit the orographic sweet spot on the west side of the Tetons and it is dumping at Targhee! As of early afternoon Friday, we are seeing 2-3" per hour snowfall rates at Targhee.
