Scattered rain showers affect the region Thursday and will move out of the area Friday afternoon with cool air moving in for the weekend. Scatter snow showers will affect the northern Mid-Atlantic Friday evening with minimal accumulations. A dry and seasonable weekend is in store for the Mid-Atlantic!
