Snow exits, cold moves in

Summary

Snow clears the region to the east Thursday morning after 1-4 inches fell from WV to southern PA and NJ. Arctic air moves in from the north Thursday evening that will continue through the weekend. The storm to the south will stay off the coast which will make it a mostly clear and quiet weekend for great skiing and riding. Let’s break it all down…
