Lake effect snow has moved out of NY and the region will remain high and dry until Thursday and Friday’s major storm system. This storm continues to track inland and we will have a sandwich of precipitation. Precipitation will begin as snow/mix, change to heavy rain, and end as snow with flash freezing of any ponded water.
