Wet Week with Snow by the End

Summary

This week will start wet with widespread rain from Monday through Wednesday. Rain will be heaviest through the center of the Mid-Atlantic with 2-3+ inches through PA, WV, MD, and VA. Areas further north and south will see less than 1 in of rain. The storm on Wednesday will turn into a coastal storm with heavy snow developing in the Catskills (9-15in) and light snow further north and west (3-10in).
