Rain this Weekend, Snow After NYE

Summary

We’ve got one more dry day on Friday before changes come this weekend. A storm will track in from the southwest with warm air and rain. Saturday will see brief mixed precipitation in the higher terrain but will change to rain by the afternoon. Sunday will see warm air and rain with a widespread 0.5 - 2 inches. The extended forecast shows cold air and snow after NYE with a possible coast storm.
