A Lot of Rain...and Some Snow

Summary

Wednesday was the calm before the storm, with some areas hitting the 40s and 50s for highs. A well-organized system was beginning to bring rain to southern portions of the Midwest Thursday morning that will bring rain and snow for much of the day on Thursday. A mild and mostly dry weekend is on tap, with another potent system possible late next week.
