Big Pow in store this week for Whitefish and Lookout!

Summary

Skiers and boarders West of the Continental Divide rejoice – we finally have a really big forecast to indulge in. Snowfall started last night with 7-10” at Whitefish and Lookout and will continue, pretty much non-stop until Thursday with upwards of 3 feet at areas mainly north of I-90. Yes, there may be even more (see the map below) but there is also a warm front on Tuesday that could effect lower elevation (bases) with a mix of rain and snow. Eastsiders will still see measurable snow, especially on Weds and Weds night when Big Sky and Bridger could pick up 5-8”.
