Friday Weather Update

Summary

A cold front passes through northern New England on Friday evening into Saturday, bringing a dusting of snow to northernmost areas. High pressure moves in on Saturday, keeping conditions mostly dry. The northern extent of the precipitation from the storm system to our south will move into New England on Sunday, bringing periods of rain and mixed precipitation to southern Vermont and western Massachusetts overnight. Areas of central/ northern Vermont and New Hampshire could see a couple inches of snow during the early parts of the week as the low slides northeastward. High pressure makes a return by the middle of the week, bringing cold temperatures and calm winds for an enjoyable shred.
