New England Daily Snow

By Plymouth State, Forecasters Posted 6 years ago December 17, 2018
Summary
Upslope snow showers associated with a strong cold front following a departing low pressure system will affect the New England region through today, leaving many resorts with light accumulations. Frigid temperatures and strong winds will settle over the Northeast by Tuesday, bringing less than ideal skiing conditions. High pressure works its way over the region by the middle of the week, suppressing snow showers, weakening summit wind speeds, and bringing warmer temperatures to the Northeast. Low pressure will track over New York by Friday, bringing widespread rain to New England for a majority of the weekend.
